Shipping
At Nutrovia, we are pleased to offer free shipping across India. We exclusively partner with reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post for our shipping services. However, Nutrovia cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the Courier Company/Speed Post or any uncontrollable factors. We strive to ensure the timely delivery of your order within the estimated timeframe mentioned in the order confirmation. In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible due to reasons beyond the control of Nutrovia, such as poor courier services in the delivery area or inaccessibility of the delivery location, or due to force majeure events as described below, we will promptly inform you of the inability to deliver and cancel your order. A complete refund will be provided in such cases.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation at any time before we ship your order. If your credit card/debit card/bank account has already been charged for the order, we will initiate the refund process immediately upon cancellation. Please note that any banking transaction charges incurred by us as a result of your order and its cancellation may be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns Policy
At Nutrovia, we take pride in our meticulous packaging and inspection processes, which significantly reduce the likelihood of damage during transit. However, in the event that your order is damaged, we offer a replacement guarantee under the following conditions:
- – Products will be replaced only in the case of manufacturing defects or damage caused during transportation.
- – To request a replacement, please notify us within 2 days of the delivery date.
- – Before confirming an exchange, we require proof of the product’s defect in the form of a photograph, while the product is still in its packaging.
- – If the product you have returned is out of stock, we will issue a credit note equal to the value of the purchased product. The credit note will be sent to you via email and can be used to make a purchase of equivalent value from our online store within three months.
