Risk-free Returns and Refunds
Bracket Trading Company accepts refunds on some items. We guarantee your pleasure with any product we sell and will reimburse your purchase price*, with the following exceptions:
- – Equipment or Machinery: Returns are allowed within seven days after receiving the equipment or machinery. The return specifics will vary depending on the carrier service contract.
– Our service representatives can provide technical help and warranty information for a wide range of goods. Please email info@brackettradingcompany.ca.
– Products having limited functional and shelf life expectancies may include a product-specific limited warranty.
– We do not accept refunds on groceries or products with a limited shelf life.
– Custom Orders: Custom products made to your specifications are not returnable or refundable, with the exception of warranty repairs or replacements due to failure to meet requirements.
– No Returns or Refunds: If there is physical damage to any products or machinery supplied by Bracket Trading Company, returns or refunds will not be allowed.
Before issuing a refund, our return management staff will diagnose and inspect the product(s) based on the cause for return. We will analyze the condition of the product or machinery (minimal wear and tear is acceptable for unpacking and packaging) and provide a complete refund based on the criteria you gave. If these criteria are not met, a full refund will not be issued.
Shipping & Delivery Services
FedEx/Canada Post Standard delivery offers door-to-door service. This service excludes setup, item assembly, packaging material removal, and carrier insurance.
When your items ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please visit the carrier’s website for further information about your delivery.
Courier deliveries cannot be planned for specified times. Standard deliveries take place between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with extended hours during busy holiday periods.
If the courier attempts delivery and no one is home, the driver may leave the package at your door unless a signature is required. The driver has the option to leave the package or not. If the driver does not leave the order, they will leave an information notice.
Items may not be delivered on the same day if you order multiple boxes or in bulk. Please confirm the delivery status of individual parcels using tracking information. In particularly distant communities, door-to-door delivery may be limited and packages must be picked up.
