To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all tags attached. You’ll also have to present evidence of purchase. To begin a return, please email us at info@brackettradingcompany.ca. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return mailing label with information on how and where to send your product. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you that your refund has been approved. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method, so please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process them.
